PETITION TO ONTARIO EDUCATION MINISTER, HON. STEPHEN LECCE AND
TO THE HON. LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF ONTARIO, ASSEMBLED:
WHEREAS, gender ideology is widely taught in Ontario schools;
WHEREAS, more and more children are presenting with gender dysphoria;
WHEREAS, parents are the natural custodians of their children’s health;
WHEREAS, parents have the right to know what is happening to their children at school;
WHEREAS, the Hon. Stephen Lecce publicly professed on Aug. 28, 2023 that parents should be “fully involved” in students’ decisions to change names or pronouns;
The petition of the undersigned requests that Ontario Education Minister, Hon. Stephen Lecce, mandate school boards to obtain parental consent before schools recognize children’s name or pronoun changes at school.
